We do not record the workshops to protect the privacy of the participants who choose to share. NOTE: If you are unable to attend live, program materials will be distributed after the workshop, including an instructional video that covers the content shared in the workshop

Do I have to have my camera on or share with the group?

Nope! While we love to see your faces and feel connected and conversational, we want you to be comfortable! If you feel like chiming in, you can always participate in the chat.

Is there any required or recommended reading?

Hiking My Feelings: Stepping Into the Healing Power of Nature is the foundational story behind the workshops and is helpful context for the topics covered. Where applicable, we share recommended reading in the program materials.

I don't hike, can I still participate?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! The lessons of the program are applicable to anyone and everyone who feels feelings and has experienced challenges in life. The activities in the workshops are amplified by spending time outside, disconnected from the distractions of everyday life.

These workshops are awesome - can I sign up for the whole program?
